NASA’s Artemis mission announcement in 2017 established a need to recruit talent to make the initiative a reality. It became apparent that a site refresh was necessary to attract talent for the JETS contract (Johnson Space Center Engineering, Technology & Science contract). The previous iteration was limited in functionality due to its age. It lacked seamless responsive styling, basic analytics, SEO foundation, and most importantly updated content to align with NASA’s new mission. I was brought onto the project to help Jacobs and JETS communication team solve these problems. Along with our team’s content writers, I prototyped, designed, and developed the new recruitment site.
